goals for 2023:

1. Visit three new places -- DONE

    1. Vadanbailu Padmavati Temple and the town of Taalaguppa

    2. Chamundeshwari Temple, Joga near Sagara

    3. Talakalale backwaters 4. Around Joga town and lakes

    5. Kamakhya Mata mandir near Guwahati in Assam 

2. Do three fun things -- DONE

    1. Stood on top of the Rani waterfall in Jog. April 2023.

    2. Waded into the clear Talakalale waters, and tried catching tiny fish with bare hands

    3. Travelled in first AC coupe(two-berths-only cabin) with Bobo

    4. Got the travel-guide to take fun photos and videos with Bobo during the trip around Joga

    5. Fed jaggery and ripe bananas to the super-cute Malnad Gidda(pygmy) cows at Vadanbailu

4. Meet three new people -- DONE

    1. Bharati and her children in Kamakhya 

    2. New-born nephew Vaishnav, during his naming ceremony

    3. Baby Harsh in Pune  4. Baby Arnav in Pune

    6. Kavita, a psychologist with the army, at the SriVidya workshop 

    7. Renu, a farmer from Rajasthan, at the SriVidya workshop

    8. Sharada, a school-senior at the SriVidya workshop
