1. get e-khata for both homes

yet to find out more on the dwr home
2. pay/clear the taxes for both the homes
3. complete the AI course for which I have been paying and skipping class
March 1st: re-joined the classes from the very beginning
4. read the bhagavad geeta
5. learn to ride the two-wheeler
6. declutter the whole house. turn it into a lovely place
